As a new type of education model, the collaborative innovation model of government, college and
private kindergarten has unique value implications for the professional development of teachers in private
kindergartens. Based on the specific reality of the professional development of private kindergarten teachers in
China, this paper re-prudentially considers the existing shortcomings of current the cooperation of government,
college and private kindergarten, and proposes a three-dimensional practice path for collaborative innovation of
the three: establishing studios based on the cooperation of government, college and private kindergarten to
concentrate multiple symbiotic units; organizing “counterpart support to education” activities to deepen the
mode of collaboration and cooperation; building a network resource contribution platform to achieve exchange
and mutual sharing of resources. |
