      研究分析中美儿童教育观之间存在的根本差别,对于撇弃当代中国社会仍以成人意志为主的儿童教育观具有积极的启示意义。本文通过分析苏斯博士鼓励儿童追求自我的写作意识,解读当代美国儿童文学所体现的以儿童为本的儿童教育观,得出人类在其生命的早期便要敢于突破自我,保持激昂自由的精神,肯定自我独特的社会体验,学会寻找自我存在的价值。苏斯博士的作品有力地表现出美国人鼓励其儿童追求自由个性的儿童教育价值观。
英文摘要:
      The study and analysis of the fundamental differences between the views on children’s education between China and the United States have positive enlightening significance for abandoning the view on children education in contemporary Chinese society, which is still dominated by adults’ will. By analyzing Dr.Seuss’s writing consciousness of encouraging children to pursue themselves, this paper interprets the child-oriented view on children’s education embodied in contemporary American literature for children, and concludes that human beings should dare to break through themselves, maintain the spirit of freedom, affirm the unique social experience of themselves and learn to find the value of self-existence in the early stage of their lives. Dr.Seuss’s works are powerful expressions of the educational values that Americans encourage their children to pursue free personality.
