为了克服幼儿园体能教学存在重视体能而缺少乐趣、教学内容单一、师幼无法相互促进等问题,本着达成“乐”与“能”平衡的活动原则,本文聚焦问题开展研究,构建了幼儿园情境体能活动基本操作体系:依据情境理论,构建幼儿园体能活动的情境形式;依据运动生理学原理和生本理念,构建幼儿园体能活动的基本流程;依据“乐”与“能”平衡理念,构建幼儿园情境体能活动的双线融合模式。构建了幼儿园“五·五时光”一日情境体能活动内容体系:基础型内容、探索型内容、延伸型内容。梳理了幼儿园“五·五时光”一日情境体能活动的实施方式:“五·五时光”的情境方式与“五·五时光”的活动形式,这种实践探索提升了幼儿的健康水平,同时,也促进了幼儿园教师的专业发展,并在一定范围内得到推广。 |

There are some problems in physical fitness teaching in kindergartens, such as paying attention to physical fitness but lacking fun, single teaching content, teachers and children cannot promote each other. In order to overcome these problems, according to the spirit of the guide, we explore teaching methods to promote children to achieve a balance between “music” and “energy”, based on the idea of “selective education” and the principle of “life oriented”. This practice and exploration has improved the health level of children, and also promoted the professional development of preschool teachers, and has been promoted to a certain extent. |
