培训是提高幼儿园教师专业能力的有效途径之一。为进一步促进幼儿园教师培训的根本性变革,整体提高幼儿园教师培养质量,挖掘、梳理、提炼幼儿园教师培训策略,真正发挥培训者的示范、引领、辐射、指导等作用,笔者以自身培训经历中的模仿讲、跟着讲、自主讲为例,在回顾与反思中边叙事边提炼了“强调培训现场的互动,注重参与式的体验学习”“植根教育现场的培训,实现理论与实践的无缝对接”“重视授课技能的修炼,确保培训活动的优质高效”等培训策略。 |

Training is critical to improving professional skills for new kindergarten teachers. To promote a fundamental reform in educating and training kindergarten level teachers, improve the overall quality of training and develop effective training strategies, some training experiences of the author, such as the gradual release of responsibility (“You do, we do, I do”) model, are provided. During the reviewing and analyzing of experiences, several strategies are proposed, for example, encouraging participation and interaction in practice, achieving a better understanding of theoretical and practical knowledge through challenges involved in teaching practice, and keeping learning and practicing profession skills to enhance the quality of training sessions. |
