      主体性维护是个体体验真实生存,保障精神健康的必要手段。在现实生活中,“好孩子”常表现出一些坏的行为。笔者通过呈现案例并对其进行现象学解读,认为这种“好孩子”的“坏行为”,实际上是当他们受到来自外在压力的威胁而感到焦虑不安时,常采用的维护其主体性的行为方式。因此,从教育者的角度来看,面对“好孩子”的“坏行为”,首要的不是禁止“坏行为”本身,而是理解儿童的需要缺失和“坏行为”的产生机制,为其解决成长中的问题提供帮助。为此,教育者应转换视角,密切关注儿童的主体性维护,学会理解与关心,并减少“好孩子”的角色预设,以端正的教育心态将之引领到主体性维护的正轨上来。
英文摘要:
      Subjectivity maintenance is the necessary means for individuals to experience real survival and guarantee mental health. In daily life, “good children” often show some bad behaviors. The author presents a case and interprets it in phenomenology, and believes that the “bad behavior” of such “good children” comes from the external pressure they are threatened, so they often use this to maintain their subjectivity. Therefore, from the perspective of educator, in the face of “bad behavior” from “good children”, the first thing for an educator is to understand the children’s lack of needs and mechanism of “bad behavior”, and to provide solutions to the problems of growing up rather than ban their “bad behavior”. To this end, educators should change their perspectives, pay close attention to children’s subjectivity maintenance, learn to understand and care, and reduce the role presupposition of “good children”, and lead them to the correct track of subjectivity maintenance with a correct educational mentality.
