      教育领域供给侧改革的重点是供给高质量的教育。一方面提高教育供给端质量;另一方面丰富教育供给结构,为学生提供丰富、多元、可选择的教育资源、教育环境和教育服务模式的新供给侧结构。学前教育供给侧改革的主要内容是:从物质资源上供给数量充足、质量达标的学前教育机构;从人力资本上供给优质的师资队伍;从制度上供给科学的学前教育机制;从创新的角度供给多元化的学前教育结构。
英文摘要:
      Exploring the strategy to the supply-side of preschool education reform can not only improve the quality of education but also enrich the education structure of the supply-side. The preschool education reform mainly refers to increase the quantity of high quality kindergartens and professional teachers as well as improve preschool education system and multivariant preschool education structure.Therefore ,in order to improve the quality and ensure the equity of preschool education, following measures should be taken: first, increase the quantity of qualified kindergartens and ensure children's right to education; second, restructuring the existing teachers;and third, bringing in new legislation to preschool education and propelling cultural proficiency action.
