师德是教师的核心职业素养,加强师范生师德养成教育是培育社会主义核心价值观的必然要求,是培养新时代高素质教师的关键所在,是推进教育供给侧结构性改革的客观需要。针对当前师范生师德养成教育存在的工作机制不顺畅、教育内容片面狭隘和教育考评机制不完善等问题,提出了创新师德养成教育工作机制、“四个载体”丰富师德养成教育内容、“一份档案”完善师德养成教育考评机制、“三个体验”提升师德养成教育工作实效的具体路径。 |

Teacher's morality is professional central quality of teachers. Strengthening the education of teachers' morality is the inevitable requirement of cultivating socialist core values in morden times, which is also the key to cultivating high-quality teachers and the objective need to promote educational structural reform of supply-side. There are some problems existed in normal students' education, including: the current work mechanism is imperfection, the narrow working content and the imperfect education evaluation mechanism. The author puts forward some suggestions in solving previous problems: creating a new innovative education mechanism, having the “Four Carriers” in the education process to develop teacher's morality, saving “A Record” to develop teacher's morality evaluation mechanism, and making “Three Experiences” to enhance teacher's morality and develop educational work. |
