      优秀图画书是作者对幼儿生活的仔细观察和传神再现,表达着作者的儿童教育观。在为数不多的涉及到师幼关系的图画书中,《迟到大王》、《我的名字克里桑斯美美菊花》及《点》比较典型,分别体现了幼儿园教师应该具备倾听与平等、关注与爱护、期望与传承的儿童教育观。图画书中幼儿园教师的儿童教育观直接影响了幼儿的发展,这就启示我们的幼儿园教师应该遵循图画书中的儿童教育观,消除话语霸权,平等对待幼儿独特的精神世界;内化职业认同,注重教育中积极情感的投入;敬畏童年潜能,使用合理期待激发幼儿发展,为幼儿的健康成长保驾护航。
英文摘要:
      Excellent picture books, which vividly describe children's life, express the author's views on children's Education. Among the few picture books describe teacher-child relations, The Boy who is always Late, Chrysanthemum, and The Dot are typical ones. The three picture books propose that teachers should hold educational view of listening and equality, concern and love, and expectation and inheritance. The views on children's education of the preschool teachers in picture books affect the growth of young children. Preschool teachers should follow the views on children's education in these books, illuminating hegemony in discourse, respecting children's unique spiritual world and treat them equally; comprehending career identity, inputting positive emotions into the teaching practice of children; revering children's potential, and stimulating children's development with moderate expectation. Thus, the preschool teachers could escort the children's growth.
