幼儿园教师核心能力是幼儿园教师职业能力中独特的、不可替代的能力。文章利用网络调查及深度访谈的方法,探究幼儿园教师核心能力的内容体系,分析幼儿园教师核心能力形成的影响因素。幼儿园教师核心能力包括观察和解读幼儿的能力、擅于一日活动的组织与保育的能力、擅于支持与引导幼儿游戏的能力、擅于寓教于境的环境创设等能力。 |

Core competence is a unique and irreplaceable ability in the professional ability of kindergarten teachers. Based on a survey on the internet and related information and data, the paper explores the content system of preschool teachers’ core competence and analyzes the influential factors on the development of the core competence of preschool teachers. It concludes that the core competence of kindergarten teachers includes the ability of observing and understanding children, the ability of organizing one-day-activity and caring for children, the ability of supporting and guiding children to play and the ability of creating environment helpful for teaching. On this basis, the paper proposes specific suggestions for the development of kindergarten teachers’ core competence. |
