      虐童事件给幼儿教师的形象造成了不良影响。从教师自我管理的角度来说,言行失范、学历水平和专业素质不高、对职业的认知有偏差、情绪掌控能力弱以及形象维护意识不强等是幼儿教师形象受损的重要原因。因此,幼儿教师可以尝试从规范自身言行、提升内在修养,加强自我学习、提高专业素质,做好职业规划、明确奋斗目标,进行情绪训练、增强抗压能力以及维护职业形象、拒绝网络捆绑等五个方面进行形象的自我补救。
英文摘要:
      Child abuse in kindergartens has brought a heavy blow to the image of preschool teachers.From the perspective of self-management,the reasons of preschool teachers’ declining image are as follows:their words and deeds are not standardized,their educational background and professional quality are not high,their perception of preschool teachers’ profession is biased,their emotional controlling ability is weak,and their awareness of image maintenance is not strong.Therefore,kindergarten teachers can try to remedy their image from five aspects:standardizing their own words and deeds,improving their self-cultivation,strengthening their self-learning and consolidating their professional quality,making a good career planning and defining their goals,conducting emotional training and enhancing their ability to resist pressure,maintaining their professional image and refusing to bind themselves with the bad words on internet.
