课程叙事就是幼儿教师以讲故事的方式对幼儿园课程生活中的事件进行描述与分析,进而发现教育事件背后所蕴含的教育理念以及对教育的理解。它为广大一线教师,包括农村幼儿园教师、民办园教师提供了一个叙说自己和班级孩子共同经历课程的舞台。本文从转变幼儿教师的思维方式,从学科思维走向课程思维;提炼课程叙事的框架步骤,从模仿起步走向各美其美;搭建多个维度的展示平台,从骨干带头走向人人参与等方面进行了阐述,以期引发更多教师参与到课程叙事中来。 |

Course account is the description and analysis of the incidents appearing in the kindergarten courses by means of telling stories, through which the teachers can discover the teaching concept behind and have a deeper understanding of education, so that the readers and audience can experience what the course is or know how to perform. It provides a platform for the teachers including those in rural or privately-owned kindergartens, where they can describe the course they have undergone together with children. The article aims to transfer the kindergarten teachers’ way of thinking, shifting subject way of thinking to course way of thinking, extracting the framework and procedures of course account, from imitating to performing to their full length. Set up the demonstration platform from many dimensions, elaborating from the model taking the lead to everyone’s participation with the intention of attracting more teachers to course account. |
