      地方高校学前教育专业应在向应用技术类型高校转型的教育改革发展的大背景下,针对长期以来教育界一直没有解决好的实践问题,创新“理论与实践浇筑模型”的人才培养模式,将实践改革聚焦于反思性幼儿教师的知识构成与生成,使理论与实践的关系成为“浇筑性”模塑的交融状态,实施基于真实情境的培养模式,促进教学过程与职业要求相对接,提高学前教育专业学生的保教实践能力,促进学生养成幼儿教师的专业实践智慧。
英文摘要:
      With education reforms and developments background that colleges and universities are transforming into applied technology schools, this paper tried to solve the long-standing problem of lack of education practice, tried to innovate talent training model of “Theory and Practice Pouring Model” in local colleges and universities. This paper makes reflective practice and reform which focus on the knowledge formation and generation of preschool teachers, so that the relationship between theory and practice becomes a state of “casting” molding, implement training mode a real situation, develop teaching process to meet professional requirements, improve preschool education students’ teaching ability and promote their professional experience to be preschool teachers.
