      告别体罚,教育软暴力逐渐替代传统暴力成为影响幼儿健康成长的重要因素。之所以会出现幼儿园教育软暴力行为,是由于幼儿教师专业伦理意识淡薄、专业知识匮乏,专业能力欠缺、职业认同感低,成功成就的需要不能得到满足。可通过建立幼儿教师专业伦理规范、提升幼儿教师的职业认同感和专业素养水平、完善多层次的教育监管机制等提升幼儿教师队伍的质量,最终达到消解幼儿园教育软暴力的目的。
英文摘要:
      Farewell to corporal punishment, education soft violence gradually replaced traditional violence and became an important factor affecting children’s healthy growth. Soft violence in kindergarten education is because of the preschool teachers’ poor awareness of professional ethics, the lack of professional knowledge and professional skills, low professional identity, and dissatisfaction with their needs for successful achievement. To solve the problem, efforts should be made to establish criteria for preschool teachers’ professional ethics and perfect the multi-level education supervision mechanism to promote the quality of the preschool teaching staff
