从教师“教”的角度审视,大班额消极影响表现为活动组织难度加大、管理维稳压力上升、工作负荷陡然加重;从幼儿“学”的角度审视,大班额导致幼儿语言发展关键期受阻、缺乏心理安全感、空间压缩后体育缺失;从幼儿园管理的角度审视,大班额消极影响体现在教育过程不公平加剧、小组和个别的活动形式化、不利于家园的理解与合作;从社会风气的角度审视,大班额加深了人们对幼教的误解,加剧了幼教小学化倾向,导致“礼请”风气泛滥。幼儿园大班额状况,应引发高度重视并尽快改变。 |

For the past few years, with the development of preschool education and the emphasis on excellent education resources, the“large-class” of kindergarten has left a bad effect, which has not been taken seriously in theoretical research. We will talk the phenomenon clearly from following aspects in this paper: From the point of teaching, the “large-class” increased the difficulties of organization, the pressure of management, and has the problem of heavy workload; From the “learning” perspective, the “large-class” has a passive influence on the critical language development period of children, and has the problem of mental insecurity, and the sports deletion because of space compression. From the perspective of kindergarten management, “large-class” has led to the aggravation of unfair education process, the formalization of group and individual activities, the bad effect on the cooperation between family and kindergarten; From the general mood of society, “large-class” increased the misunderstanding of preschool education, increase the tendency of “primary” education, and opening the floodgates of giving presents. We should pay much attention to the “large-class”of kindergarten, and try our best to change the phenomenon. |
