教师对幼儿的自主性游戏进行有针对性、合时宜地观察记录与指导,能有效地支持幼儿在各个领域的学习与发展。本研究采用行动研究法与文本分析法,通过分析幼儿园教师的自主性游戏观察记录,发现教师原有的游戏指导时机更多地体现在维持秩序上,游戏指导方法基本为语言指导法,教师较多的替幼儿解决游戏中的问题。在开展有针对性的游戏观摩、研讨、学习后,教师的游戏指导时机转向游戏材料投放、游戏情节和水平等游戏自身因素,游戏指导方法有所增加,教师倾向于更多地引导幼儿自己解决游戏中的问题。 |

Teachers can effectively support children’s aspects of development, if she or he could individualized and timely observe and guide children’s autonomic play.We use the action research method and the text analysis method in this thesis. Through the analysis of teachers’ play observation records, we find that teachers often guide play at the time when they think the order needs to be maintained, and they basically prefer to use language instruction. Meanwhile, they were more likely to solve problems for children. Many changes have happened on teachers and the situation become better after individualized designed plays were watched, learned and talked by kindergarten teachers.Teachers’ guidance of play turns to the time when they think the play material needs to be adjusted, or the plot needs to be adjusted to meet the children’s existing experience and level.The methods of play guidance has increased, and teachers tend to help children in the play to solve problems on their own. |
