学校心理健康教育蓬勃发展的同时暴露出一些问题,严重影响与制约着学校心理健康教育资源的优化配置与实施效果的提升。本文基于布朗芬布伦纳的生态系统理论,提出学校心理健康教育应从以下方面进行整合与优化:第一,微系统层面应充分调动专任心理教师、科任教辅人员、家长、同伴共同参与学校心理健康教育工作;第二,中系统应注意建立学校-家庭-同伴积极有效一致性联结,努力探索微系统各因素合作机制;第三,外系统应注重为学校心理健康教育生态系统提供政策支持与制度保障,充分发挥评估监督作用;第四,宏系统应充分发挥学校的“过滤”作用,营造积极向上有利于学生心理健康发展的校园文化环境。 |

The rapid development of school mental health education exposes some problems, which seriously affects and restricts the optimization of the mental health education resources in schools and the improvement of its implementation. Based on Brownfinner’s ecological system theory, this paper puts forward that the school mental health education should be integrated and optimized from the following aspects: First, the professional teachers, subject teachers and assistant staff, parents, and peers should be fully mobilized at the microsystem level to participate in the mental health education work in school; Second, at the mesosystem level, attention should be paid to the establishment of a positive and effective coherence link between school-family-comrades, and strive to explore the cooperation mechanism of various factors in the microsystem; Third, at the exosystem level, importance should be attached to providing institutional guarantees and policy support for the school mental health education ecosystem,and unleash the effect of assessment and supervision; Fourth, at the macrosystem level, give full play to the school’s “filtering” role, and create a positive campus culture environment conducive to the development of students’ mental health. |
