      培养和训练学前教育(营养与保健)专业学生特色能力。方法 在对学前教育(营养与保健)专业应用型本科学生职业核心能力进行定位的基础上,以我院学生为研究对象,分析学生职业核心能力现状及存在的原因,并提出有针对性策略。结果 学前教育专业应用型本科学生的一般教育能力优势突出,综合教育能力表现较好,但是专业特色能力却亟待提高。突出表现在食育教育能力和食疗保健能力两个主要方面。创新点 以特色能力培养为核心,分主题进行模块化训练。通过课堂教学、技能训练、下园见习与实习、毕业设计等途径,切实提高本专业学生的特色能力。
英文摘要:
      To train professional students' abilities of preschool education (nutrition and health). Methods: Based on the positioning of professional core competence of undergraduate students of preschool education (nutrition and health) with professional application oriented, taking the students of our college as the research object, the author analyzes the current situation and causes of professional core competence of students and proposes targeted strategies. Result: The undergraduate students majoring in preschool education majors have outstanding advantages in their general education ability, and their overall education ability is relatively good, but their professional characteristics need to be improved. Outstanding performance is mainly in two aspects of food education and dietary health care.Creativity: Focusing on the cultivation of characteristic abilities, we will conduct modular training on topics. Through the classroom teaching, skills training,internships, graduation design and other ways, it would be effectively improve the professional students' characteristics capability
