二战后世界各国普遍重视家园合作在儿童成长中的重要作用,积极构建协作平台加强家园联系互动,广泛开设家长学校,利用信息媒介开展家长教育,吸纳家长参与教育管理与政策决策。同时,加强立法保障和支持家园合作,加大经费投入引导,实施项目化建设和评估,注重发挥社区、非政府组织的协同作用,重视扶持弱势群体家庭教育。当前我国学前教育改革发展中,应积极借鉴国外家园合作的先进经验,加强政策保障,完善指导服务网络,发挥信息技术和社会团体作用,加强舆论宣传,激发家长参与幼儿园教育意识,构建家园合作的有效合力。 |

After World War II, all countries in the world paid much attention to the important role of family-kindergarten cooperation in the growth of children. They actively build a collaborative platform to strengthen the interaction between family and kindergarten. They set up parents' schools and use information media to carry out parental education. They absorb parents to participate in education management and policy decisions. At the same time, They strengthen legislative guarantees and support for family-kindergarten cooperation. They have increased their funding, implement the project-based construction and evaluation, pay attention to the synergy of community and non-governmental organizations, and attach importance to helping disadvantaged group family education. In the current reform and development of preschool education in China, we should learn from the advanced experience of foreign countries. We should strengthen policy support, improve the guidance service network, give full play to the role of information technology and social organizations, strengthen public opinion propaganda, stimulate parents' participation in early education awareness, and build the resultant force of family-kindergarten cooperation. |
