师范生职业技能是小学(幼儿园)教师必备的基本素养,也是教师专业发展的基础和核心。目前,高等师范院校在师范生职业技能的培养方面还存在着很多缺陷和不足。本文通过建构师范生职业技能“四维”培养体系,改革师范生人才培养模式,探索师范生职业技能培养的有效方法、途径。并通过实践活动,检验“四维”培养体系的有效性,凸显师范生职业技能培养特色,从而进一步提升师范生就业竞争力,使师范类毕业生的社会认可度和美誉度逐年提高。 |

Vocational skills are the basis and core on development of teachers’ specialties which are essential qualities in primary school and kindergarten as well.But now in most normal colleges there exists many defects and deficiencies on the training of normal students’ vocational skills.In this paper, the author wants to reform the training mode of normal college students, explores effective methods and ways for the training of normal students’ vocational skills on construction of the “four-dimensional” vocational skills training system.The paper also tries to test the effectiveness of the “Four-dimensional” training system with the implementation of a great variety of practice activities, highlights the characteristics of vocational skills training for normal students, and further enhances the employment competitiveness of normal college students, and improves the social recognition and reputation of normal graduates gradually. |
