      教师资源配置情况是影响西部农村贫困地区学前教育质量提高的突出问题。基于甘肃省宕昌县农村学前教师资源现状的调研,发现师资数量依旧普遍短缺,队伍流失严重;工作负担繁重,职业认同度不高;教师专业素养低,质量参差不齐。要加强农村贫困地区学前教育教师资源的合理配置,应拓宽学前教育教师资源的补充渠道,提高薪资待遇;解决农村幼儿教师编制问题,提高师资质量;呼吁学前教育立法,构建农村学前教育教师资源配置监督体系。
英文摘要:
      The resource allocation of teachers is a prominent problem of effecting the pre-school education quality in Western poor Areas. Based on an investigation of the current situation of the rural preschool teacher resources in Tangchang County in Gansu Province, we find the following problems: there is still widespread shortages of teachers, there is serious lost of faculty teams, it is heavy workload, low professional identity, low professional accomplishment, and uneven teaching quality. Therefore, this paper suggests that we should have a rational allocation of teachers resources of pre-school education in poor area, broaden supplying channels of preschool teacher resources, raising salary of preschool education teachers, solve the establishment problem of rural preschool teachers, improve the quality of teachers, call for legislation of supervision system of preschool teachers resources allocation.
