      当今,“学前教育”是社会热议话题,幼儿教师便是其中之一。15年来,国内外关于幼儿教师专业发展的讨论一直处于学前教育研究的焦点,内容包括幼儿教师专业发展的内涵、困境、影响因素和策略等。随着学前教育需求意识的增强和国家相关政策的陆续出台,建议未来研究者拓展区域调查、加强跨文化比较、深入探讨策略以及创新研究方法和视角等。

      Nowadays, preschool education is a hot social topic, including the discussion of the preschool teachers. Through 15 years, the discussion on preschool teachers' professional development at home and abroad has been the focus of the study of preschool education, for example, the concept of preschool teachers' professional development, problems, the influencing factors and the strategies. With the stronger awareness of the demand of preschool education and relevant national policies one after another, it is suggested that future researchers expand research area, strengthen cross-cultural comparison, explore strategies and innovative research methods and perspectives.
