混龄幼儿共同游戏的组织与指导目前存在形式主义、过度强调异龄互动、教师素养有待提高等问题。为此,通过完善高校幼师人才培养方案和职后培训制度,建设混龄游戏园本课程内容、创设合理的游戏环境、投放适宜的游戏材料、恰当使用设计组织策略等措施可积极有效解决此问题。 |

Formalism, overemphasis on interactions among children of different ages and preschool teachers’ quality are among the major problems in the organization and instruction of mixed-age plays for young children. To solve these problems, appropriate measures should be taken accordingly, which include the perfection of training plan for preschool education majors in colleges and universities and post-service mechanism, the development of kindergarten mixed-age-plays-oriented curriculum, the creation of appropriate environment for play, and the input of reasonable playing material, the application of proper organizational strategies. |
