在家园关系中,建立积极、融洽的亲师关系有益于幼儿身心的和谐发展。然而,亲师双方在互动交往中却易出现各种分歧,以致产生矛盾与冲突。因此,为了调节亲师矛盾,本研究以家长和幼儿园教师为调查对象,通过问卷与访谈,对亲师矛盾的总体状况进行问卷调查,并对亲师矛盾中的沟通信任、情感关系、教育配合、观念行为、专业水平等各维度在不同人口学变量上的差异进行分析;研究结果发现亲师矛盾在总体上有三个特点,即中介性、隐蔽性和多样性;亲师矛盾在不同人口学变量上都存在着显著差异;最后提出“亲师矛盾”的消解策略。 |

In the home relations, establishing a positive and harmonious parent-teacher relationship is conducive to the harmonious development of children's physical and mental health. However, both parents and parents are easily to have various disagreements during their interaction, resulting in interaction conflicts. Therefore, in order to regulate the conflicts between parents and parents, this study investigates parents and kindergarten teachers through the survey of questionnaires and interviews, to conduct the overall contradictions between parents and teachers. The paper analyzes the communication trust, the emotional relationship, the educational cooperation, the idea behavior, and the level of professionalism to study the demographic variables in paren-teacher interaction conflicts. The results found that there are three major characteristics in the parent-teacher interaction conflicts, which is mediated, hidden and diversified; According to the significant demographics differences in variables, this paper finally proposed countermeasure strategy of "parent-teacher interaction conflicts". |
