加拿大雪莱老师根据课程不同内容在教学需要时灵活运用翻转课堂,给教师运用翻转课堂教学提供了多样的思维方式。基于雪莱老师的教学理念构建翻转课堂教学模式,在高师《公共教育学》中进行对比实验研究,并以教育学第一章第二节作为案例,呈现翻转课堂教学实施的具体过程。通过期末成绩测评发现,实验班的平均成绩明显高于对照组,实验班学生在语言表达能力和上课活跃度有明显变化,但是在学习方法上无明显改变。通过本研究,给高校文科教师进行翻转课堂教学提供参考依据。 |

According to the different teaching ideas, Canadian Professor Shelley uses the flipped classroom flexibly. According to the different contents of the course, it is necessary to use the flipped classroom flexibly, so as to provide a variety thinking ideas to teachers. Based on the teaching philosophy of Pro. Shelley, this paper constructs the teaching model of the flipped classroom teaching, and makes a comparative experiment in the "pedagogy" class teaching of the normal university, and takes the second chapter of the pedagogy textbook as the studying case, and presents the concrete process of the flipped classroom teaching style. Through the final grade assessment the paper found that average score of experimental classes was obviously higher than that of controlled group, the experimental class students in the language skills and class activity was significantly improved, but the experimental class students in the learning method has no significant change. Through this study, these cases of teachers in liberal arts department in colleges and universities can provide studying reference for future flipped classroom teaching. |
