      学前教育艺术类教师专业成长困境主要表现在:艺术类教学效果受限、职前和职后培训不够、科研能力成长缓慢、专业综合能力和教学能力有待提升,教师专业成长压力大。通过参与幼儿园实践教学、凝练学前艺术教育能力、主动融入学前教育领域、加强学前理论学习、参与同伴反思、参加专业培训、建立“双导师制 ” 等方式强化学前教育专业情感,促进艺术类教师的学前教育专业认同和专业发展思维,走出专业成长困境。
英文摘要:
      There has been some problems during the professional skills development process of art teachers’ preschool teaching training in colleges, such as the limited effects of artistic teaching, lack of pre-service and post-training, slow growth of scientific research ability, necessary improvement of professional comprehensive ability and teaching ability, and the heavy growth pressure of teachers professional skills. The thesis proposes the ways of solving these problems, like suggest teachers to participate in the practice of kindergarten teaching, condense the ability of preschool art education, strengthen the learning ability of preschool theory, participate in the preschool teaching and research team, participate in short-term professional education and training, and strengthen the preschool education emotion. These suggestions can help to fuse the preschool education professional construction independently, and promote the art teachers’ thinking for preschool education professional identity and development.
