| 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法以及实地调研法，对福建省城市幼儿园体育活动的现状的调查表明：福建省城市幼儿园教师重视学历提升，男女教师比例不均衡，学前体育培训偏少，幼儿园专职体育教师不多，幼儿体育活动开展差异较大。特色创新：自主性户外体育活动形式上的创新；以足球运动为载体，打造特色体育活动；引进亚太体智能课程教学，幼儿参与度高；体育活动融入本土文化，打造园本特色。发展对策：转变观念，提高认识；促进幼儿教师体育教学专业化；提高学前教育专业学生的学前体育素养；加大学前体育师资队伍培训；加强学前体育科学研究。 |

| By studying the documentations, questionnaires, interviews and field research, this article analyses the kindergarten sports activities in cities of Fujian Province. The results show the following problems: the city kindergarten teachers in Fujian Province think highly of the promotion their educational background; Male and female teachers’ proportion is quite imbalanced; there is a lack of preschool physical training; few kindergarten physical teachers are full-time; The practice of children’s sports activities varies considerably among kindergartens. This paper suggests the reformation of such situation should be done in the following aspects, including the form of outdoor sports, the introduction of Asia-pacific intelligence physical course and the integration of local culture and sports activities. To solve the problems, ideas need to be changed, and recognition should be deepened to promote the professionalization of preschool physical teacher, the training and cultivation of preschool teachers should be accelerated, training opportunities should be created from pre-school physical teachers and study and research on preschool sports should be strengthened. |
