      在终身学习理念引领下,幼儿教师职后不断进行学习和提高的外在要求不断增多,内在需要也日益强烈,各种层次和各式各样类型的培训不断涌现,国内外学界对这个方面的关注和研究也日益增多。综述主要通过对中国知网及外网对近十年国内外有关幼儿教师职后培训方面的内容进行梳理和研究,介绍了幼儿教师职后培训的模式、培训内容、培训需求、培训评价体系及存在问题,并对此展开评价。
英文摘要:
      Under the guidance of the concept of lifelong learning, the external demands of in-service kindergarten teachers’ continuous learning are increasing, and the inner needs are becoming more and more intensive, so various types of training are becoming popular, and the concerns and researches of this point are also growing. This paper mainly summarizes the training model, the training content, the training demand, the training evaluation system and the problem of the kindergarten teachers’ in-service training of the domestic and international researches and studies on in-service kindergarten teacher training in nearly ten years on CNKI.
