| “儿童工作”思想是蒙台梭利教育思想的重要组成部分，然而在其著作中，也经常把儿童工作称作“游戏”。文章首先从时代背景、学习经历以及“儿童之家”的创办三方面分析了蒙台梭利提出“儿童工作”而非“儿童游戏”的原因，其次从儿童工作的价值、内容、过程以及指导策略四个方面进行了儿童工作思想中的游戏精神分析；最后对蒙台梭利儿童工作思想中的游戏精神进行了总结和评价，以期对当代蒙台梭利思想的继承与发展提供一定借鉴。 |

| The thought of children’s work is an important part in Montessori’s educational thought. But in her writings, she defines children’s work play. This paper first analyzes the reasons why Montessori puts forward children’s work instead of plays from her times background, studying experience and the establishment of “Home for Children”. Secondly, the paper analyses the characteristics of play spirit in children’s work thought from four aspects: value, content, process and guiding strategies of children’s work. Finally, the author summarizes and evaluates play spirit of Montessori’s thought of children’s work, in order to provide references for the communication and development of contemporary Montessori’s thought. |
