幼儿教师的教育权是其正常开展教育教学活动的法律保障,幼儿教师教育权保障将促进幼儿、幼儿教师以及我国幼教事业的发展。本文通过文献梳理,主要从幼儿教师教育权的价值入手,分析幼儿教师教育权失范及其原因,并在此基础上提出了完善学期教育立法、明确幼儿教师法律身份及地位、拓宽并完善幼儿教师教育权法律救济途径、提升幼儿教师法律素养这四点规范幼儿教师教育权的路径构建,以期对幼儿教师专业化发展提供强有力的法律保障。 |

The right of education of preschool teachers is the legal protection of the normal education teaching activity, the guarantee of preschool teacher education right will promote the development of preschool teachers career as well as the development of the preschool education in China. In this paper, through literature reviews, it mainly studies the value of preschool teacher education right, and analyzes the anomie reasons of preschool teacher education right in recent years. And based on this, the paper suggests that the pre-school education right should have legislation, set up clear legal identity and status, broaden the legal advocacy channels of education right of preschool teachers, and improve preschool teachers literacy. By doing this four suggestions, it can set up the education right path of preschool teachers, which can provide strong legal protection of preschool teachers professional development. |
