he professional development of university counselors is of great significance to the development of university students’ ideological and political education work, and the professional development of counselors is the focus of the work in colleges and universities. In the perspective of professional reconfiguration, optimizing innovation and strengthening the professional training are the two main ways to promote the professional development of counselors, and we should make good top-level design, perfect the system mechanism, and intensify internal dynamics to guarantee the professional growth of the counselors. |
