      21世纪学习框架是美国为应对激烈的全球竞争而提出的,包括21世纪技能彩虹图和支持系统两部分,对我国教育的发展有重要的借鉴意义,也是我国课程改革发展的新阶段。如何基于21世纪技能促进我国教育教学的发展,笔者认为有三个途径:其一,重塑课程结构,传统核心课目与21世纪学科的五个主题领域通过学科渗透和综合课程的方式相结合;其二,转变学习方式,运用以信息化、合作性和自主性为特征的分散式合作学习的学习方式;其三,更新教学理念,倡导以问题解决和项目学习为主导的课堂教学,正确应用21世纪项目学习自行车模型。
英文摘要:
      The P21 Framework for 21st Century Learning is constructed by the United States to handle the fierce competition all over the world, which concludes the 21 st century skills and the supporting system. What is more, it provides experiences for China to walk into the new step of the curriculum reform. The paper believes there are three ways to develop education in China on the basis of the 21 st century skills. Firstly, remodeling the course structure through combining the traditional core subjects and five main themes. Secondly, applying the distributed cooperative learning to change the learning style. Finally, updating the teaching idea by applying the model of 21 st century project learning bicycle.
