对于进一步做好西藏自治区幼儿园园长的培训工作而言,充分了解西藏自治区幼儿园园长培训需求是前提,本文以2017年4月“粤藏同心幼教培训工程”第一期幼儿园园长培训项目为例,对参与此次培训的西藏自治区幼儿园园长的培训需求及实效以问卷和访谈方式进行了调查。分析发现,培训参与者对培训需求十分强烈,并且参与培训的动机以内部动机为主,幼儿园园长大多都希望通过培训提高自身专业水平,促进专业发展。从对培训实效的满意度调查结果来看,此次培训的课程设置与安排总体上符合学员自身的培训需求,但在培训内容、形式、方法等方面还有待完善。 |

Fully understanding the Kindergarten Principals' needs is the premise to further improve the Tibet kindergarten training. Taking the first phase (April, 2017) of “Guangdong-Tibet Joint Preschool Training Project” as an example, by questioning and interviewing, this investigation tries to catch these principals’ needs and check the effectiveness of training of the Tibet autonomous region. The survey finds that, participants’ training demand is very strong, and the internal motivation outweigh the extrinsic ones; principals hope that training may help improve their professional level and development. According to the survey on principals’ satisfaction on the courses and arrangement, as a whole, the training meets the needs, however, the training contents, form and method have to be perfected. |
