目前,幼儿园园长的课程领导力存在诸多问题,如,园长在课程领导力中的角色定位不准;园长对课程领导力内涵理解不全;园长自身课程素养不高;园长课程领导力方面的培训不足;教师专业素养不高;缺少外部支持等。因此,在专业发展视域下,提高园长课程素养、提升教师园本课程执行力、重视内外部资源整合是提高园长课程领导力的有效提升策略。 |

At present,many problems exit in the curriculum leadership of kindergarten principals such as inaccuracy of their role positioning, incomplete comprehension about curriculum leadership, low curriculum literacy of themselves, and lack of external support, etc. Therefore, in the view of professional development, some effective strategies of improving their curriculum leadership should be conducted, including promoting curriculum literacy of kindergarten principals, elevating teacher’s curriculum execution and integrating internal and external resources. |
