| 在中国传统道德规范中，“忠”文化占有很大比重，在不同时期“忠”被赋予不同的涵义。它是中国传统道德的核心价值理念，更是连接人与国家、社会的精神纽带。在新时期，“忠”文化被赋予爱国主义情感，既要做到国家利益高于一切，又要做到理性爱国。同时它要求为官者要做到严于律己、清正廉明。忠信更是人与人交往的基本准则。 |

| In China's traditional moral norms, "loyalty" culture occupies a large proportion, in different stages "loyalty" is given different meanings. It is the core value of Chinese traditional ethics, and it is also the spiritual link between people and the state and society. In the new period, "loyalty" culture is endowed with patriotism feelings, not only to achieve the national interests above everything else, but also to achieve rational patriotism. Meanwhile, it requires an official who should be strict with oneself, be honest and clean. The faithful is the basic principle of interpersonal relationship. |
