| 随着社会的急剧变化和迅猛发展，幼儿心理健康问题日益凸显。沙盘游戏作为一种新兴的心理治疗手段，在有关幼儿的心理问题干预方面效果显著。本文采用个案研究法，以一名6岁带有攻击性的抽动症患儿为研究对象，通过为期三个月的沙盘治疗来考察其效果及作用机理。结果显示：患儿的沙盘作品由“分割”转向“整合”，由“萧瑟”转向“生动”，由“凌乱”转向“流畅”，作品外在的意象变化反映着患儿内心的成长和人格的整合，与此同时，患儿抽动症状缓解，攻击性行为明显减少。上述研究表明，沙盘游戏对于缓解儿童的抽动症状有显著作用。 |

| With the rapid change and development of society, children's mental health problems are increasingly prominent. Sandplay, as a new method of psychotherapy, has a significant effect on psychological intervention on young children. The paper approaches the effect and mechanism of sandplay therapy on TS by a case study of three months treatment with sandplay therapy on the subject of a 6-year-old aggressive child with TS.The results show that the characteristics of children’s sandplay works changes from “segmentation” to “integration”, from “bleak” to “vividness”, and from “disorder” to “fluency”. The external imagery change reflects the inner growth and integration in children’s personality. At the same time, the child’s symptoms of TS alleviate, and the aggressive behavior is significantly reduced. These results show that sandplay plays a significant role in alleviating TS symptoms in children. |
