:本文主要从目标(aims)、资助(funding)、课程(curriculum)及教师资格(qualification)四个方面叙述了新西兰学前教育最具代表性政策的演变,即1989年的《五岁前》(《Before Five》)、1996年的《早期幼儿课程大纲》(《Early Childhood Curriculum》),以及2001年的《战略性计划》(《Strategic Plan 2001》)。继而阐述了新西兰学前教育政策演变对我国学前教育的四点启示:一是顺应社会发展需求,发挥政策导向功能;二是科学合理地加大政府投入,确保投入产生预期效益;三是基于《指南》深化幼儿园课程改革;四是严把幼儿教师入口关,合理建设幼儿教师队伍。 |

This article mainly approaches three representative preschool education policies in New Zealand (Before Five Year Old in 1989,Early Childhood Curriculum in 1996,and Strategic Plan in 2001) from four aspects,including aims,funding,curriculum and teachers’ qualification,and concludes some enlightenment for the Chinese preschool education. Firstly,preschool education should be in accordance with the social development and policy. Secondly,government should increase input gradually and scientifically,and take measures to guarantee expected benefits. Thirdly,continue to carry out kindergarten curriculum reform according to relevant policy. |
