学前教育教师依法执教是全面依法治国在学前教育领域的实践。全面落实学前教育教师依法执教,必须首先从理论上厘清依法执教的概念与内涵,分析学前教育教师依法执教的必要性。在此基础上,详细考察当前学前教育教师依法执教存在的问题,从多角度进行分析,并有针对性提出对策建议。以此为基础,为构建比较完整的学前教育教师依法执教理论体系、推动学前教育教师依法执教实践提供理论基础。 |

Preschool teachers teaching in accordance with the law is the practice in the field of preschool education of comprehensively implementing the rule of governing the country in accordance with the law.In order to put it into practice,the paper first clarifies the concept and connotation of teaching in accordance with the law and analyzes the necessity of preschool teachers’teaching according to law. On this basis, the paper studies the existing problems in current preschool teachers teaching from a variety of perspectives, and proposed countermeasures accordingly, hoping to provide theoretical basis for the construction of a systematic preschooleducation system. |
