| 教师资格“国考”规定了师范生的培养方向，给高校引发一系列需要思考的问题。不少学校对学生的培养取向认识不清，甚至在提升素养与考试先行之间来回摇摆。实际上，这二者是可以统一的。本文针对学前专业学生的培养现状，指出了目前高校人才培养过程中与“国考”的要求不相符的地方，进一步分析了背后隐藏的原因，进而提出了“实践型”人才培养的解决对策。 |

| Nowadays,the teacher certification examination has become a national examination.It brought a series of questions for training normal school students.Many people can’t catch the meaning between enhancing their attainment and passing test.In fact,they can be unified.On the basis of the researches,the author pointed the questions in training preschool education students in local teachers colleges.Through disclosing the reasons,the auther put forward some measures in training practical students under the background of national examination. |
