      我国城乡学前教育在服务数量和服务质量等方面存在着巨大的差距。从经济学的视角对城乡学前教育发展失衡的分析来看,其原因主要有:家长收入差距悬殊导致城乡学前教育投资失衡、市场调节的局限导致城乡学前教育供给两极分化、“城市取向”的政策导致城乡学前教育服务供给失衡、城乡学前教育体系分割导致城乡学前教育资源配置失衡。为此,必须从树立城乡学前教育均衡发展观、发挥市场配置学前教育资源的作用,弥补市场调节的局限、建立相互交流的城乡一体化学前教育体系这几个方面来促进城乡学前教育的均衡发展。
英文摘要:
      There is a huge gap of preschool education between urban and rural in our country.This paper analyzes the reasons from the perspective of economics which mainly leads to the imbalance between urban and rural preschool education .Such as the huge gap of parents’ income leads to the imbalance investment;the limitations of the market lead to the supply polarization of the urban and rural preschool education;"urban orientation" policy leads to urban and rural preschool education services supply imbalance;urban and rural preschool system segmentation leads to urban and rural preschool education resource allocation imbalance.So,we must establish the balanced development concept of urban and rural preschool education;play a leading role of government allocation of preschool education resources to make up for the limitations of market regulation; establish a mutual exchange and integrated system between urban and rural preschool education.
