      在教育教学实践中,“言理论”与“行理论”脱节反映了教师“教育理论失觉”现象。对教育理论作用认识不足,对教育理论的理解能力有待提高,忽视教育实践中存在的问题,以及迷失于对万能教学法的追寻是造成这一现象的成因。重视理论,内化理论,提升根植于自身实践的理论,是培育教师理论自觉的理想策略。
英文摘要:
      In educational practice,the disconnection between “theory” and “practice” reflects the phenomenon of teachers’ unconsciousness of teaching theories.The insufficient understanding of the role of educational theory,the superficial understanding of educational theory,ignorance of the problems in educational practice and the irrational pursuit for universal teaching method are the major causes.Paying close attention to theoretical study,internalizing theory and enhancing the theory rooted in their own practice are ideal strategies to cultivate teachers’ theoretical consciousness.
