      随着国家对人才的管理日益重视,幼儿园教师绩效考核也已经进入幼儿园管理之中。从幼儿园教师绩效考核的内容、特点、类型、现状和方案等方面进行梳理,发现幼儿园教师绩效考核存在考核机制不完善、考核结果不能及时反馈并做有效沟通等问题,应从考核机制缺乏政策指引、幼儿园管理者和教师欠缺相关绩效管理观念两方面进行原因分析,健全绩效考核体系、有效沟通上下级并及时反馈考核结果等方面采取改进措施。
英文摘要:
      With the increasing attention given to the management of talents from the government,performance assessment of teachers has been introduced into the management of kindergarten.By illustrating the contents,characteristics,category and implementation plan of the performance assessment of preschool teachers in kindergarten,a series of problems are found,including the imperfect assessment mechanism,the delay of the feedback of the assessment result,and the lack of effective communication.The causes of these problems can be classified into two aspects.One is the lack of directional policy,and the other is the managers and teachers’ poor knowledge about the management of performance assessment.To solve these problems,the paper puts forward measures.
