为了解幼儿园优秀教师专业发展的历程,运用深入访谈等方法了解一位有16年教龄的幼儿园优秀教师的童年生活、中小学的学习与生活、报考幼儿师范学校、幼儿师范学校的学习与生活以及从事幼儿教师职业后的情况,发现幼儿园优秀教师具有的优秀品质、影响其专业发展的因素以及专业发展中的困惑,针对存在的困惑提出了几点建议。 |

The paper approaches the professional development process of the excellent kindergarten teacher by interviewing an excellent teacher with 16 years teaching experience in kindergarten about her childhood,teenage,her experience of being a teacher,and her career life.The study concludes the qualities an excellent teacher should possess,influential factors of excellent kindergarten teachers’ professional development,and problems in kindergarten teachers’ professional development.Suggestions are proposed accordingly. |
