近年来,社会各界对幼儿教师的期望和要求不断提高,幼儿教师的心理压力日益增加。本文以生态系统理论为切入点,分析幼儿教师心理健康方面存在的问题及成因,提出从幼儿教师的自我修复、建立充满人文关怀的生态教师管理机制、改善幼儿教师生存的社会环境等方面着手构建幼儿教师心理健康的生态系统,让幼儿教师更加健康积极地工作,促进幼儿身心和谐全面地发展。 |

In recent years,all walks of life to the kindergarten teachers' expectations and requirements continue to improve,the psychological stress of preschool teachers is increasing day by day.Based on the ecological system theory as the breakthrough point,analyzes the problems and causes of the mental health of kindergarten teachers,and puts forward the countermeasures of improving the mental environment of kindergarten teachers from the aspects of self-repair of kindergarten teachers,establishing the ecological management mechanism of teachers full of humanistic care for kindergarten teachers and improving the social environment of kindergarten teachers,to build the ecological systems beneficial to the preschool teachers' psychologic health,so that kindergarten teachers are more healthy and active work to promote the harmonious and comprehensive development of children physically and mentally. |
