| 张雪门的幼教实习理论与实践是我国近代幼儿园初创时期的重要成就，至今仍不乏借鉴和示范意义。他践行“骑马者应从马背上学”的理念，提出了一个完整的实习体系，包含了参观、见习、试教、辅导等由浅入深，循序渐进的四个环节，对每个环节做了精心的设计与安排，内容全面深入，任务具体明确。当前学前教育专业应秉承系统组织、全面深入、循序渐进、任务明确的实习原则，不断改革与创新。 |

| Zhang Xuemen’s ideas of young children education practice which developed in modern times still have contemporary value.He believes horseman learn to ride on horseback,and propose a rounded system of education practice,which contains four links:observation,noviciate teaching,trial teaching and guidance.Each link must be well-designed,which includes comprehensive and deeply contents and specific and concrete tasks.It is very important to carry on and develop Zhang Xuemen’s ideas. |
