我国幼儿师范教育在诞生之初呈现出了依附于蒙养院、依附于传统女学、依附于洋教习的特点,我国幼儿师范教育从一开始就在进行本土化、科学化的努力。通过对幼儿师范教育发展脉络的分析发现:幼儿师范教育的健康发展都必须加强政府立法,强化幼儿师范的专业权利;必须坚持中国化、本土化的发展方向;必须树立适宜的教育宗旨;必须规范课程设置,加强幼儿师范生的实习,增强其专业素养和技能。 |

In the beginning of its development, preschool education in China is mainly characterized by its dependence on nursing homes, traditional female schools and foreign teachers. Great efforts were made at the beginning for the localization and scientific development of preschool education. By examining the growth of preschool education, it is find that for a healthy development of preschool education, the right of the major should be strengthened by official legislation; the principle of localization and Chinalization should be abide by; an appropriate educational purpose should be set; the curriculum should be standardized and the professional quality and skills of preschool education majors should be further improved in teaching practice. |
