      随着地方本科院校学前教育专业人才培养的外部环境急剧变化,学前教育人才培养模式必须进行根本性转型,这是理论界与实践界的共识。通过学前教育专业人才培养的现状分析发现:当前学前教育专业人才需求主要是由用人单位(需方)拉动,学习者与高校推动(供方),以及众多的利益攸关者(如家长、政府、NGO等)驱动,并显示出多元化、个性化的特征。本文基于长尾理论,在借鉴APP、全国教师教育网络联盟(以免费师范生为服务对象)等实践,提出应构建“需求驱动、平台主导、多元供给”的基于O2O整合型学习平台及其运行机制。

      In the changes of external environment of preschool education majors in local universities, the talenttraining mode of preschool education should be transformed accordingly, which is the consensus between academic circle and the real world. How can we transform the mode then? Based on the analysis of the status quo of preschool education, it is found that: the demand on talents of preschool education, which is featured by diversified and individualized subjects, is pulled by employers (demanders), and driven by the talents and universities (suppliers), and other stakeholders (parents, governments, and NGOs). Therefore, by virtue of the experience of APPs and National Teacher Education Network Alliance (free for normal students) on the basis of the Long Tail Theory, it establishes a comprehensive O2O study platform and the concerning operational mechanism of “demand-driven and platform-led with multiple suppliers”.
