内地西藏生是社会发展的重要群体,他们正处人生发展关键期,对内地西藏生进行幸福教育,可通过学校开设系列幸福课程和活动,社会、学校、家庭共同努力优化其外部环境,提高教育者综合素质等策略,引导其树立科学的幸福观,培养提升其感知幸福、追求幸福、创造幸福、享受幸福的能力,有利于其构建幸福生活,也有利于内地西藏生家庭、社会、国家的稳定健康发展。 |

Tibetan students studying in mainland is an important group in social development. They are in an age of great significant for their life. The paper holds that colleges and universities should design courses and activities for them to understand happiness. Universities, society and family should make joint efforts to provide an agreeable external environment for their living, and teachers’ comprehensive quality should be improved, in order to help them build an appropriate value about happiness, train their ability of perceiving happiness, pursuing happiness, creating happiness and enjoy happiness. This is of great significance for them to construct their happy life, and for the stability and development of their family, the society and the whole country as well. |
