| In the era of “Internet +”，the CPC construction of college network is a developing trend. The network party construction since the media era is the trend of meeting new requirements. Under these conditions，the CPC party organization in colleges and universities should have new concept of having a new form with new media message carrier，which was represented by WeChat that can improve the effectiveness of grassroots party construction in colleges and universities. |
