      “一带一路”倡议自提出以来便受到了全世界普遍关注,同时也对国内的跨文化人才提出了更高的要求和挑战。本文结合“一带一路”的战略背景,在解读跨文化交际能力理论内涵的基础上,分析了新形势下跨文化交际能力培养的策略和途径,以期对我国的外语人才培养有所启示,进而服务于“一带一路”的发展大局。
英文摘要:
      The Belt and Road Initiative has aroused worldwide attention ever since it was proposed and brought great challenges and higher requirements for the domestic cross-cultural talents. Based on the strategic background of “The Belt and Road” and the theoretical connotation of intercultural communicative competence, the paper analyzes the strategies and approaches of cultivating intercultural communicative competence under the new situation, with a view to shed some light on the foreign language teaching in China as well as serving the overall development of “The Belt and Road”.
