教师管理开放度直接关涉教育目的实现的规范与有效。建国以来,我国中小学教师管理以育人为主旨,在教师称谓、教师培养及教师评价三个层面,经历了由封闭、统一向开放、多元转变的渐进历程。其间,国家意志、教育本质及地区间的发展差异是其渐进转变的基本维度,以防教育的异化和价值的迷失。 |

Opening Degree of Schoolteacher Management is closely related to educational purpose. The schoolteacher management is turning from “closeness” to “openness” since the founding of PRC. Teacher education is taking the place of normal education in recent years. The following must be considered carefully in path choice about the opening degree of schoolteacher management: state’s will, education essence, difference among the educational aims, regional development and interest claims. |
